Great people great organizing unbelievable hospitality & listening skills.

Cons

-Below average pay rate for the job entitlement. -Out of date tools. A good example would be that they still use a sticker gun for price change’s.

My coworkers were great (especially the front end supervisors), the store manager was great, easy work, and pretty good employee discount. I'm not sure if these people are still working there though.

Cons

Minimum wage pay. The other managers were not very good, one of them was constantly bugging me to harass the customers more when they said no to signing up for a rewards card (NO means NO). Constant standing with little movement. Dealing with rude customers (though you'll find that at every retail job). Extremely tedious (again, pretty common for retail).

Pros

I have been with the company over 5 years, I started as an assistant manager and was developed into a store manager. Look forward to continued career growth. The benefits package can not be beat by any other retail company in my opinion.

Cons

I honestly have no negative opinions or cons about working for the company
