I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at OSJL. My onboarding was great, I've felt supported by my manager and the HR team, and there are opportunities for growth. There is a focus on recognition, career journeys, and the associate experience. The company's charitable work is quite impressive and should be touted more than it is.

Not too bad of a company.

Cons

Too many donations on top of each other. Needs to be spaced out. Discrimination against the elderly. Outdated systems and DC needs to learn to ship properly.
