An inspiring company that continues to listen to their people. recent examples are reducing exempt store associate hours to 45 after a store survey. Giving additional discounts throughout the year on top of the 30% everyday. I get a chance to listen to the senior leaders and they are so committed to the people. Very rare today. Especially in retail.

Cons

It's sad when I see those who left with such a bad taste in their mouth. They find a way to generalize their experience with the broader company commitment to us as associate and to the communities we serve. The number of recognitions this company gets that are not solicited is something to be very proud of.
