      Pros

      Ochsner benefits are fantastic and are far reaching. There is an opportunity to grow in all fields. Ochsner has very engaged leadership.

      Cons

      Changes/ improvements require all Ochsner facilities to agree with the change. Idea to fruition can take a very long time. Each hospital is unique.
