      The pros are the cell phone discount and the gym discount.

      Cons

      Micro Managers - There are people in place as managers who have not had formal education. The folks possess the knowledge on how to do the job and not the skills to manage the people. Horrible Attendance policies - in regards to maternity leave & personal time off Ineffective communication - Changes that affect your job duties were not communicated from you immediate managers or supervisors. Cheap, cheap, cheap Horrible salary

      SOME good employees, a lot of different situations to get experience.

      VERY unorganized, training was NOT what they had promised, no management because everyone had been replaced.
