      Company restructure destroyed everything good

      Pros

      Usually good teammates. Cool donors here and there, environment was great prior to restructure. Good benefits.

      Cons

      3rd party restructure happened in Nov. They fired many tenured staff for cost cuts, took away job roles (mine included, I got knocked down to lower than what I got hired as), took away raises from learning new areas. It is no longer a good place to work, morale is in the gutter. Donors are violent and abusive over a few dollars. Not worth your sanity.
