Pros
The work itself was simple. I was a Plasma Processor. The PTO and benefits are very good. Management will try to work with you to an extent.
Cons
Take home pay was terrible, a lot of drama amongst the employees, management will run you over once you get on their bad side for whatever reasons justified or not. Sad to see all of the destitute people who go there desperate for a perceivably small amount of compensation for their donations. The vibes begin to wear you down. Their social media policy is a violation of your privacy if your account is set to "Friends only". There are petty people with nothing better to do than to rat to management about an employee venting about their job on a private account. They will hold it against you.
