      They left me in the lobby waiting for my first day of work. And they never came out I walked out an hour n half later. They called me to come start the next day.

      Decent pay, decent donors, that’s really all.

      Cons

      Management shows favoritism and protect their favorites. Let’s favorites get away with anything while other people are working their butts off. Management doesn’t help or “lead by example” and doesn’t appreciate good people. Management tells all your business to everyone and doesn’t keep anything confidential, especially the Director. Management will also sign your name in your absence. Overworked.
