Disorganized, unpredictable, under-staffed, unprofessional at times

There's a lot of favortism between management and employees, thus those employees get perks they don't necessarily earn or deserve, especially where the schedule is concerned. We don't get our weekly schedule until a day or two before the week is actually about to start, so it's impossible to schedule anything outside of work and if you have a child, keeping a babysitter is a nightmare. You don't make enough to pay for daycare, but you make too much to get assistance with any type of childcare. The center is so disorganized and chaotic...no one knows what the next person is doing from upper management down to the newest employee, and no two people will explain procedures the same way. It's near impossible to move up in the company unless you are one of those employees who sucks up to management and in that regard, those employees pretty much come and go as they please, leaving the rest of us to pick up their slack and the less-than-optimal shifts.
