      My team and donors are the highlight

      Cons

      Toxic people who display favoritism and keep toxic, yet high producing people around. Feign empathy and respect for you, only when they need you to do something. You will work 50/60 plus hours a week. The role is poorly written. Training is not ideal, structured, or effective. Culturally apathetic and void of transparency. I’m resigning for a multitude of reasons.

      No work life balance . Unprofessional staff pool . The most professional candidates are not applying to work at plasma centers

      Its a job no expectations upfrontbut that means no growth opportunities either

      Cons

      They expect u to use pto and sick time to average 30 hrs for full time. The scheduling is a night mare, they wont work with you if you have 2 jobs the will not get you near 37 hrs expect 20 to 32 tops but only 4 months out of the year turn over insane 500 % they screw u on mileage dont travel. Watch ur accumulation of sick pto hrs they screw u the leadership often inexpensive or have none. Good luck u been worned
