There is a program called OctaWellness, if you sign up and get your yearly health exam, they pay $53 towards your biweekly premium ($1400/yr) to reduce cost . The job itself is easy- if you're blessed with a good team and employees like I am than you should be okay. They are expanding and there is tons of room for growth. They are constantly promoting and sending employees to different sites across the country to train
Cons
Accruement of PTO could be a bit better for employees within the first 1-4 years with the company. Employees and managers that don't like you can throw you under the bus and put you in a position to get deviations. They don't acknowledge excused absences of any sorts. So if you are sick or freshly attacked by a dog and have a doctor's note you will still get a point for missing work. If you are late you get a half a point, again without exception.
