One of the most diverse group of senior leaders I've ever worked with. Everyone here has one common goal...to help improve the quality of lives through plasma. We're not a perfect company...but we strive for perfection! We live our core values every day. Great company to work for!!!

Cons

PTO for new employees could be better when they first start. 401K matching should be much sooner than it is.

-Much better pay than an ambulance service -Four days/10hrs schedule -Benefits

Cons

-SHORT STAFFED. Runs on a skeleton crew, usually with only two or three employees on site for the first few hours of operation. Be prepared to juggle several tasks with little time to breathe. -Rigid SOPs, no autonomy. You are not trusted to make any clinical judgments. You follow cookie cutter formats for documentation and treatment. -You're a production worker first, medical professional second. We don't even have access to an AED. -leadership/training style from management is subpar(with some exceptions), you're not treated as a professional, you're treated as a school kid in need of teaching. Non medical laymen dictate your practice. -the job description you interview for is dishonest. You will be made to sign on to additional job descriptions to perform the work of other departments with no additional pay. (Though my Director did dial it back for me)
