Octapharma Plasma reviews

Unorganized, schedules were given two days before the week would start, entry level staff are rude to pretty much everyone, the floor techs do not need any experience because Octapharma will train them! I would not donate here because I was afraid contamination, I rarely saw them change gloves. When you try to speak to the floor techs about contamination or anything to improve their work they get bent out of shape and act like you don't know what your talking about.

- A LOTof harassment from donors...they can be very rude, sometimes even dangerous. The ones who came to my facility weren't exactly "cream of the crop" kind of people, so I had to deal with people of extremely poor hygiene who were oftentimes aggressive and/or would sexually harrass me, etc. -The pay is around 8.30/hr to deal with a lot of crap...
