      -family/friendly atmosphere -employee recognition programs -on site gym and trainers -decent benefits

      Cons

      -depending on department, there's not really a lot of opportunities to expand or change your job responsibilities. What you learn on day one, is probably going to be what you will be doing your last day. -the company has gotten way too big to still be doing the bulk of their work in excel.

      Too many turn over Forgets that your part time and overly schedule you Told them multiple of time to change it when they schedule me the whole week and they won't do it. Management sucks
