      Encouraged to crossed train. You get a 50 cent raise when you cross train. Coworkers are fun to work with. Flexible scheduling You can donate for $50, every time you donate.

      Cons

      *Very low pay-minimum wage. You work with Bio. Blood and Plasma. You can make double doing the same lab work, in a hospital, or something. McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Walmart, pays more. You have phlebotomist starting out at $10!!! That's ridiculous. *When you cross train, for your huge 50 cent raise, you double your work load. So get ready to be pulled into other places in the center. *It's hard to be fired, because they have to go through corporate first, so be ready for lots of coworker call offs. *Employees are non professional. But...you pay minimum wage, you get minimum wage performance.
