      Its a job that pays money even though its not enough to live on

      Cons

      Very unprofessional Lack of leadership They hire anyone no matter their experience or criminal history Pay is low for what you have to deal with Overworked and stressful Way to much drama for a place that employs "adults" Slim chance of promotion unless you're buddies with management Turnover rate is ridiculous

      The pay is decent but nothing else really.

      Cons

      Very low morale, shift in management styles with little change to benefit employee engagement. Laboratory staff continued to be underappreciated, poor annual reviews, lack of communication from mid-management level, and asks for feedback but never taken seriously. Not enough notice for Saturday overtime if needed, usually communicated on a Thursday evening during week of overtime.
