      Pros

      U get paid time off u can cross train and get some raises. But be careful if your going to be aphlebotomist because they won’t let u leave the floor because they need u the most

      Cons

      It’s a 6 point system ... they don’t care for any doctor excuses for anything 6 points your out... and u have to have open availability because they want u to be able to close .. and when it’s the end of the month get ready to stay a extra two hours because sometimes things go slow if medical screening isn’t on their job
