      Excellent support staff with numerous avenues for advancement. Corporate provided many opportunities for professional development.

      Pros

      A typical day starts with screening donors with vitals, finger stick to test protein levels, weight and blood pressure and temperature.

      Cons

      Extremely busy and horrible donor attitudes as if we have control over how long of a wait time if we are seeing hundreds of people a day.

      Coworkers are always usually a lot of fun to be around. Team work is essential.

      Long lines of donors, employees will sometimes take much longer breaks which can cause havoc on the floor.
