      Good 401k. They will pay for you to go to school or get certifications. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Good ole boy network. No upward movement in the IT department if your a minority. Play a lot of favoritism

      Pros

      The pay was great for me but I was still on the pay from the previous company. Con: Once Octapharma took over the pay dropped drastically. The plasma is saving a life.

      Cons

      Many. Management-SUPPORT your employees and stop acting like you know how to handle medical situations. You do not have the training to understand what is truly considered priority in a medical emergency.
