      you work with lot of good people you get good training

      Cons

      I've been there for four and a half years and I am a trainer in my area but the people they are hiring for me to train are making 2 -3$an hour more then what I make right now.

      Flexible schedule, opportunities to advance in the company, and worked with some great people!

      Low pay, low yearly raises, no worker incentives and management did very little for the employees to show their appreciation, and lazy management

      Pros

      I had over 6000 successful venipunctures. I was able to get a lot of experience. I learned how to be fast with any procedure.

      Cons

      horrible leadership dirty work areas The management was very immature and unprofessional. My hard work went unnoticed
