Pros
If you’re only trained in one area it’s not so bad. However, being in one area is not an option.
Cons
Company will overwork you. They’ll expect you to cross train to multiple areas and run everything. You’ll only be paid an additional .30-.50 for cross training. So essentially the company wants to get away with not hiring enough people and just overworking the current ones for no money to them.
