Management can be unsupportive in production, and if your location is understaffed, then it can feel frustrating. But don't go beyond your job title, do what you can at your own pace and the rest is out of your control. Breaks can be limited or nonexistent and upper management tends to care minimally for the employee's wellbeing if it puts a dent in production or scheduling.
