      It was a steady paycheck.

      Cons

      The hours were grab baggish, the co-workers were loud and ghetto, the facility was not clean, the pay was horrible.

      Pros

      The insurance package, some coworkers are very easy to get along with, easy job training, guaranteed 32-34 hours a week for full time

      Cons

      time off policies, lots of favoritism, abuse of position, very repetitive and boring job, not much in terms of advances, the raises are a joke.

      Pros

      As the economy worsens, business increases but so does stress and dissatisfaction increases among the staff, with no end in sight.

      Cons

      20% growth in revenue each year for four years, that should equal at least a minimum increase in compensation for all of those employees that have led to that phenomenal success. A 1% yearly raise, really?
