This place has a friendly atmosphere and this is the only job where "we act like a family" doesn't mean that they're gunna abuse your work ethic.

Cons

Advancement is not going to happen unless you're good friends with a manager or higher up. Also, except for one manager, every single time you're drowning in work upper management will just let you drown
