You will be working under non-medical management that will schedule you in other area to fill holes. The micromanagement is unreal and they watch you on camera all the time. There is ZERO respect for our license and profession. There is no autonomy and non-medical quality tells you how everything must be done even when it doesn’t make sense medically. Management feels like you’re doing nothing if you’re doing computer work (which is required.) There is a ridiculous point system for attendance with no sick days at all.
