      Pros

      Depending on the lab that you work in it can be a laid back environment.

      Cons

      The supervisor I worked under lacked the necessary communication skills required for the job. Does not pay a living wage. Overtime is not offered, however, they will insist that you work a MINIMUM of eight hours a day without proper compensation.
