      Pros

      -Very good communication, from the local team lead, to the dislocated program manager and on to the CEO. - Good pay and benefits - Appreciates and acknowledges the work and accomplishments of the people - The people are professional, but friendly and 'genuine'

      Cons

      Having only been with the company 18 months, the only real con I can see is there aren't many avenues to move up the ladder. There may be some, but I haven't seen them.
