      Flexibility to perform tasks in support of DOD clientele

      Cons

      Total work hours are based on Full time Equivalent (FTE basis) for a calendar year. When you reach that limit, you dont get any more hours. You get time off without pay, so budget accordingly. And if you travel to support a client, that may eat into your total hours for the year. It may have changed since I have left.
