      Pros

      Easy onboarding. If I had a question, all I had to do was to reach out to anyone around me and they were able to either answer, or to point me to some one who could answer. Team work is outstanding. The team that I am on communicates very effectively and consistently. I'm never out of the loop on what is going on. Hands off management. Team leads that I have interacted with are hands off. The environment is exceptionally fast paced and the team leads don't bog down the teams with updates and unnecessary meetings.
