Pros

You might potentially have kinda good coworkers...?

Cons

* the management team is a complete disarray. *Anything and everything will always be your fault. There is zero accountability from anyone. *They will overload you with work and offer zero help. Work that's supposed to be assigned to somebody else will be assigned to you with zero help. *Management and HR are constantly teaming up against everyone in the company.

Pros

They let you wear anything you want

Cons

Very unprofessional atmosphere. So when I found a better job I did the professional thing and gave a two week notice. I was cut loose and escorted out at the end of the first week by HR. In over 40 years of being in the workforce I have never been so humiliated. But that just affirmed that leaving was like dodging a bullet.

Pros

No pros at off duty

Cons

- you must “earn” PTO after being employed for a 1+ year - unprofessional work environment and weird tension between employees - extremely high turnover rate
