      Salary plus Aggressive Commission and Overacheivement Structure. Great Benefits.

      Cons

      None except hard work pays off. The industry is evolving. Continuous knowledge and training is needed.

      Pros

      Very small companies, president is easy to talk to. Great work-life balance. Family is very friendly.

      Cons

      no growth opportunity, a lot of promises that were never kept. Family members are treated much better and rules are bent for them. Never received a raise in my entire time there. The president even sent us a message years ago, promising automatic raises. It never happened. benefits are nonexistent and health insurance was hundreds of dollars every paycheck. I could not afford it.
