This is is going to be one of those annoying ‘positive-cons’.
It’s a startup that is just getting going.
It means that there’s lots of areas to improve. Read: all of it needs to improve in fact!
But that’s why you join a place like this- to have ownership and build, no matter which position you are in; and, to see the changes happen quickly.
Benefits are light to non-existent, but I have heard they are discussing how to improve them.
They have just hired a HR / recruitment person so they are committed to improving the company environment and also development of the team and culture.
You have to be comfortable with change, growth, processes either not there or in beta/evolving (help us do this :)
