Pros

> Respects work/life balance > Management is cooperative and supportive > Stable, secure job > Great retirement benefits > Pretty good health benefits > Willingness to teach and aid in development of job skills > Extremely diverse, accepting culture and coworkers

Cons

> Noncompetitive pay > Salary growth just barely above non-pandemic inflation > Limited opportunity for advancement (not dead end though) > Arbitrarily restrictive policies regarding dress code and remote work

Pension, paid holidays , great health insurance/benefits, free parking, set work hours,gym, cafe, great employees

Cons

Very difficult to move up within the organization. Career growth is limited. Calls are non stop and time off request must be submitted weeks in advance. Underpaid for amount of work and knowledge required.
