Most patients are wonderful. Lots of amazing nurses. Care coordinators are wonderful.

Cons

They will say great work balance but truth is you are expected to work whenever they need you. No off time. Hostile work environment. You must constantly watch your back. Office staff has changed field staffs notes. Be careful of lab/orders department.

Autonomy, make your own schedule, charting system is good.

Cons

Poor pay, you’re expected to see your own patients if they need seen on weekends or after hours, you don’t get paid for time spent driving, cliques in the office, employees are dishonest with their time
