Great pay, great local teammates!

Cons

FILTHY with no solid plan to correct! Antiquated technology with little desire to upgrade! ZERO budget for improvements/upgrades. NO formality in training or procedures.

Leadership will terminate you because they don't like you. Your training will be by other employees on second shift because most managers don't know they job themselves
