Poor management with micro managing, constantly changing expectations, no consistent protocols, inadequate job training.

Pros

Excellent leave policies with separate personal leave from sick leave. Diverse, in-house training opportunities for leadership, technology, and professionalism. Colleagues care about Education industry and student success. Decent benefits, including free gym access and wellness programs.

Cons

Wages do not reflect the high COL in Stillwater. Organization devalues employees with no raises, no WFH options unless for snow days, and expecting at least two jobs worth of work per worker. This organization does not value their employees' quality of life out side of what makes the organization save money - such as the wellness programs that save them money so they give us those benefits or WFH on snow days. If we're capable of WFH, we should be given the option of WFH on a regular basis.
