Pros

They encourage you to take time off in order to have a healthy work life relationship. The people are amazing here, a very positive bunch for such low pay unless you are a higher-up. The pay discrepancy is embarrassing.

Cons

The pay for full-time time staff positions is absurdly low compared to the market. A job salary comparison study would be beneficial for the employees. I could valet cars for more money than the hourly staff.
