Pros

Loved helping the students with class.

Cons

Immediate Admin, manager were awful. Wouldn’t ever recommend working here. Turnover is so bad due to admin, short staffed, stressful from pulling 3 jobs in one.

Pros

Students are wonderful, as is a lot of the staff. Tons of time off.

Cons

I have a coworker that has described the OKC Campus as: "an organization that will starve you and then blame you for your hunger" "a clown car being driven over a cliff while on fire" The pay is meager, the admin seems very out of touch, there is a contingent of staff that absolutely hates a lot of the demographics of our students. I have heard some absolutely vile things come out of people's mouths about the CFSI and various other programs that do public good. I have heard several higher ups say that we don't grow our people because we expect them to leave in two years.
