Working at Okta has been a lot of fun, with plenty of projects that solve real problems. The culture is really friendly, and there's a good balance between work and life. I like how everyone, from the organization as a whole down to the individual level, is focused on specific goals and helping each other achieve them. The management is supportive, and the culture here encourages a healthy work-life balance while also doing good for the community. Compared to other places I’ve worked, the work at Okta is impactful, and you can see it in the feedback from our customers—everyone here is really building something. The team dynamics are great, with everyone being super friendly and helpful. The senior folks are always there to help us overcome any hurdles. There are lots of online courses and training available, plus good documentation for our internal systems and processes. If you’re considering joining, I’d say that Okta is a company with security at its core, no matter what role you’re in.
