Okta values only engineers, a good place for engineers. If you are any of the field services/GTM person, you are not valued at all. Very low pay compared to ZScaler, Crowdstrike, Microsoft, etc.

Poor at acquisition/transformational project management and execution lots of sr and some exec personnel turnover due to recent strategy decisions operations a bit of an after thought with lack of real investment appear to be too big and complex for themselves to manage and this trickles down the ladder
