Really enjoy my team and everyone I work with. The technology is widely respected as one of the best solutions on the market and its a growing space Believe CEO has right strategy and mindset to take us to the next level Lots of recognition and rewards offered, and recognition of colleagues is encouraged Flexible working environment and you are treated like an adult to get your job done Actively encourage internal mobility Great benefits including stock, healthcare and extras (care giving, fertility, wellness apps etc)

Cons

As with any tech company, there can be growing pains so you need to be the kind of person who enjoys build vs already scaled.

Pros

Been with Okta for a year, experience has been well overall. The culture and identity of the company is something that has been a pleasure to be a part of. Leadership offers a very diverse background.

Cons

Onboarding and enablement for new and existing reps is something that needs work. Very much a learn as you go environment.
