      Challenging place to work and the best run company I have worked for.

      Pros

      It's not the easiest place to work but it's an excellent company. I always felt good about the mission as the focus in on protecting the customer. It's run by a leadership team who, from my interactions with them, seem to be a fundamentally decent group of people who recognize their fortunate position and want to make a positive impact. It's an excellent company.

      Cons

      In the product team the focus was firmly on delivering technical solutions to meet existing customer needs. There could have been more room for creativity and real innovation. Having said that, I am confident they can solve it. Like any company there are going to be people who don't have a good experience and occasionally there can be bad managers but in my experience those issues tended to get resolved.

      Good product that is loved by customers, competent CEO and co-founders, good people and fun work environment. WFH friendly.

      Hard to break into the inner circles if your intention is to be more politically impactful
