-Spent majority of career there working 60+ hours a week on a salary -Have gone months in a row working 70+ hours a week -No way to staff and schedule ahead of time. You will just come in 1 day and work 1-10 hours later than usual and it will stay that way until staffed properly -No real schedule. There is a set start time but you leave when freight is loaded. (Have worked many shifts starting at noon and left at 8am the following day -Dock is in need of dire repair. Large portions of dock will flood when raining. -Dock is filthy and never cleaned.
