The pay isn't bad at all really. They have an open door policy that's always been in affect since I've been there. The opportunity for growth is always present when available. If you don't feel that you can do your job in a safe manner, they don't force you. I've had good experiences with management as well.

Cons

Sometimes they can be a stickler for procedure.
