Supers are cool mostly. Good pay. Mostly good co workers.

Cons

The hours can be rough. Usually want 5 five hour days for part time. Wont exceed 28 hours part time.

Great pay and benefits make this an excellent job for a family man trying to support a small family. Pay increases very fast in 2 years.

Cons

Bad shifts, greedy owners and managers, hot or cold year round, no overtime at 40 hrs but made to work up to 60 hrs a week, poor management throughout the company.
