      Got driving experience,met some cool people who I could complain with

      Cons

      No Union, lots of time everyday unpaid for line haul drivers, they will fire you at the drop of a dime for any little thing, benefits are crazy expensive and the deductible is a few thousand! Depending on where you are located the winter can be inconsistent sometime unemployment pays more. They hire newer inexperienced drivers and think they can treat them/pay them lousy

      It is a great company to work for. They are very competitive with pay part time and full time.

      I don't really have any cons in my book. They work with you to make sure both sides get the best out of each other.
