Pros

Solid company. Open door policy all the way to the top. Good pay, insurance and great retirement. Good equipment, not fancy but has all the basics. Smaller terminals have a very friendly and helpful atmosphere.

Cons

Beginning to get a very corporate feel, instead of the family feel we have always had. Not really a surprise because of how big the company has gotten. People who intentionally cause problems/extra work for others are never dealt with.

Good hours high pay for LTL treated very well. No weekend work for city drivers holidays off paid. Great benefits

Cons

None that don’t come with the transportation industry.
