      Good pay with on-time raises every 90 days

      Cons

      A lot of hours, less time with family and supervisors has bad attitudes and talk to you any kind of way. They threaten your jobs at dock meetings. Its ran like a slave plantation. If you can put up with that, then it may be the job for you.
