      -Great Pay -Great Benefits -Regular Raises -Challenging Work Environment (if you like puzzles) -Learn a great deal about the transportation industry, logistics, and the supply/manufacturing chains of many companies. -Keeps you mentally and physically fit (if you do your job right)

      -Management structure and advancement process -Management is purely focused on numbers -Open air dock, exposed to the elements while driving a forklift at 10MPH -A lot more physical labor than one would expect

      Pressure of working for the best LTL carrier, you will get looked over if your lackadaisical. You have to be willing to put in in-paid hours
