      Pros

      They honestly make good business decisions and in my experience put the customer first while still staying profitable. The absolutely reward hard work, would recommend.

      Cons

      They at times lose sight of there core buisiness and put to much attention on business that does not make sense. As far as the management 50/50 good and bad.

      Pros

      Benefits, Location, Potential for advancement once you learn the different aspects of the job.

      Cons

      Employees expected to train people are straight rude, bitter, unresponsive, going out of their way to be inconsiderate, do not answer questions, ignore you when you talk to them, use the "F" word about customers and issues they are handling, just overall crappy attitude that is accepted by management on a daily basis. Software severely outdated.
